Blanchmans Farm, Warlingham

Open grassy areas interspersed with wooded areas. Some disabled and buggy friendly pathways which seemed to start and stop with flat natural pathways in between. Would definitely be fine for buggies in dry weather and the summer months but when I went last week after a few days of particularly wet weather, the unmade pathways were a little flooded, muddy and slippery. I wouldn’t go out of your way to come here specifically for a walk but if you’re in the area and want to have a quick stretch of the legs and let the little ones have a run around then it would do the trick.
